Too Many Dreams

                Photography
These photos inspire me because photography, like the sea, is in my blood. To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place. I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.

people lost at sea

This photo makes me remember the people who were lost at sea. It reminds me that they lived… that they were here.

Storm near Dursey Island Saturday 01/02/2014

These photos are taken near Dursey island. It shows the danger for people living on islands, getting cut out from the mainland when the weather is bad because there would be no way to cross.

One morning I was at sea looking back thinking life is good, not navigating and no people around to judge us.

“When it’s a dark morning on the west of Dursey it reminds me of dark and light striking each other, etching wild colours through the horizon. The charm of sunset makes me want to scurry home”.

And here I am!!

I was out fishing and we caught 30z of lobster. The weather was fantastic; it is so lovely out on the ocean. Its great because time goes quick when you are catching so much in little time.
